How terribly hard the game would be if it wasn't the case, right? Fortunately, now I can start a mission, go afk, see from where the bandits come from, restart, put a tower on that side and go watch a movie since I FU**** cannot speed up the game.Ībout speeding up the game. Im so happy AI does always the same things with the same units, on the same track, with the same idea. And I can't even go into this level to show it and I don't even remember the name of it, which could be (oasis). You left perfect circle made of roads for warehouse with also fu**** sawmill and trees next to it. Why have you forgotten to put a second warehouse in one of the dessert missions in the campaign? Don't tell me you didn't, cuz I know it well you did. And also, I'd like to congratulate you on a great move with only 10 possible saves to make it impossible to load the save in one particular level. Why can I not choose what mission in the campaign to play? Even after finishing it!!! Everybody's going to realize it's a way to hide how bad the campaign is, cuz no one is going to play it for the second time just to show something to people. (Im not sure if in all of, but the two I played, which was The Settlers Rise of Cultures, and The Settlers 7) I can go to sleep, get 7 hours rest and I'll be still waiting for the engineer to deliver this one hammer. What the fuck, why can I not stop or speed up/slow down the game? It's 2023 and you made it in all of The Settlers before. Things I genuinely hate in the game the way I want to commit.- Make this review :) Uhmm, you cannn., the characters ar., the story is., fuck this let's go to the things I hate in the game You can save the game in any moment you want just not more than 10 times. You can make yourself tea, coffee, dinner and go to someone's birthday party during most of the missions in the campaign. And it's roughly after just 15 hours of playing (in which I finished the campaign). Sometimes the clues are too obtuse, but with thorough exploration and a little lateral thinking, the riddles add some substance to a rather breezy game. He'll give you a set of clues, and they each pertain to a specific thing in that stage, and could be anywhere. Whitstable's riddles, which add a little challenge to each level. It's a neat way of adding collectibles that has you using the core mechanic in a different way. This is the majority of what you'll be doing, and while it can be a little repetitive at times, the interesting environments hide some neat surprises to discover, and the mementos you're searching for have some wonderful stories attached to them.Īs well as the main quest of finding each ghost, each location contains numerous mini spirits called Grenkins, which have you moving certain objects into particular positions in order to find them. Fortunately, you have the ability to examine most objects in the game, rotating them and even zooming in to get a cross-section view. You'll explore various parts of the town in search of spirits, but to do so, you'll first need to listen to memories and find certain objects related to that person. However, the game deals with death gently and subtly, with a bittersweet tone and some lovely writing. A game about tracking down ghosts and learning about inhabitants of the island could've easily been morbid and depressing. It's an unusual premise, but it's one that developer Hollow Ponds pulls off with style and care. I Am Dead is a quirky puzzle adventure game in which you play as Morris Lupton, the deceased curator of a museum in the island town of Shelmerston.
